Haven't felt too great today, the elastics have given me a lot of pain in my jaw joints which feels like really bad ear ache. The elastics are also making it difficult to brush my teeth.

Haven't felt too great today, the elastics have given me a lot of pain in my jaw joints which feels like really bad ear ache. The elastics are also making it difficult to brush my teeth.

I still have a little bit of swelling which is taking a while to go but i definitely look normal again!
